Cake Order & Payment
Please fill out the cake order form and send the request to order the cake.
Once the order was confirmed, 50% of the non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required to secure the order.
Order is not confirmed until a deposit is paid. The balance needs to be paid 2 weeks before the pick-up date.
All payments are made via bank transfer. Credit card payments can be accepted with 2% of the surcharge.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We don't offer cash refunds.
Cancellation within 3 weeks of the ordered date will be offered store credit.
Late cancellation will forfeit all money paid.
If you reived a fault or damaged prduct, please carefully take a photo of damaged product and contact us same day,will be concern and give you full store credit and please bring damaged or fault product. Without returned product, the store credit won't be issued.
We are not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products or once the finished product is taken is out of our care.
